No matter what your skill level is, the Quebec Armwrestling Association will meet you at the Pure Muscle + Fitness 2024 Expo in Quebec City.

After the tournament, you can learn more about this discipline with an introduction and a presentation of the different techniques.

All athletes wishing to participate in the arm wrestling competition must also purchase a general admission ticket to the Expo.
As a registered athlete, you will receive a 50% discount on your general admission ticket.
The Expo will be open all day, allowing you to enjoy all the booths, activities and other sports for half the price.
